In this role, you'll manage inventory systems, coordinate shipments, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations while supporting our electronics manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory control systems and stock reconciliation processes
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics operations including transportation and warehousing
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, customs forms, and compliance records
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement process improvements
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Support procurement activities by analyzing logistics requirements and costs
- Maintain accurate logistics databases and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics administration or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and international shipping
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
