Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency? The Green Olive is seeking a motivated Logistics Administrator to join our growing team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that goods move seamlessly from origin to destination while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. You will play a critical role in minimizing transit delays, managing complex import/export documentation, and providing clear, consistent communication to our stakeholders. If you possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and local transport carriers to ensure timely shipment tracking and delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with Singapore customs regulations and trade requirements to ensure smooth clearance.
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels to support manufacturing production schedules.
  • Handle discrepancies in documentation or shipping manifests with high attention to detail.
  • Update internal logistics management systems with real-time status updates and shipment data.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to reconcile physical stock against digital records.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export administration, or a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (ERP).
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs procedures and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external partners.
  • High level of accuracy and organizational ability to manage time-sensitive documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative warehouse environment.
