Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records and warehouse systems.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Liaise effectively with transport providers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Update and maintain accurate logistics databases and tracking systems.
- Identify and resolve any shipping delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse storage and layout optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or a similar operational role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Valid driver’s license (optional but preferred).
