Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect and count all items during receiving and transfer processes to ensure accuracy
- Manage and maintain comprehensive logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes)
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to prevent stock issues
- Process shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Collaborate with suppliers on delivery schedules and freight arrangements
- Prepare regular logistics performance reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics administration or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Proven problem-solving abilities for logistical challenges
