Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts regarding inventory levels, logistics costs, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize ERP systems and data analysis tools to track shipment status and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain logistics documentation, including SOPs and compliance records.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
