Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and production schedules, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
- Utilize advanced Excel spreadsheets to track shipments, update logistics reports, and maintain data integrity.
- Proactively identify and resolve shipment discrepancies or production delays to minimize operational impact.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding order status and shipment updates.
- Assist in optimizing logistics workflows to improve overall turnaround times.
- Generate detailed status reports for management to support informed decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or order coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to workflow.
