- Coordinate customer collection schedules for bulk and packaged products across multiple sites
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams for timely replenishment
- Communicate delivery timelines and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Resolve logistical issues and disruptions proactively to maintain service levels
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and delivery records
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams for smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or scheduling roles
- Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Singapore's industrial zones and transportation networks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license (preferred for site visits)
