Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end import and export documentation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to authorities.
- Monitor global trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements to ensure full adherence to Malaysian customs laws and international trade agreements.
- Analyze logistics data and supply chain trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade compliance issues and expedite shipments.
- Develop and maintain trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal training programs to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Conduct regular audits of shipping records and documentation to ensure 100% compliance and document readiness.
- Provide expert advice on Incoterms, trade financing options, and HS code classifications to support business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or customs brokerage within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex trade data and regulatory changes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with external partners and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
