- Coordinate end-to-end local transport for import/export cargo operations
- Optimize truck planning and delivery scheduling for maximum efficiency
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time using logistics management systems
- Prepare and manage critical transport documentation (waybills, permits, manifests)
- Resolve transportation disruptions through alternative routing and carrier coordination
- Communicate shipment status updates to stakeholders and clients
- Analyze transport performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in transport coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS) and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Class 3 driving license preferred
