Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Logistics and Warehouse Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Benoi Sector, West Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Functions: As a Logistics and Warehouse Specialist, you will manage inventory levels, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, supervise warehouse staff, and implement process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and maintain optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Manage inventory control and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
