Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical activities including inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including delivery receipts, waybills, and packing lists.
- Monitor transport performance and communicate effectively with third-party logistics providers.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to optimize loading schedules and dispatch processes.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards during material handling and storage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain, preferably in a food manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as required by operational demands.
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Marilao, Bulacan.
