Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Maintain and update inventory databases and logistics tracking systems in real-time.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation, including delivery receipts and manifests.
- Liaise with transport partners and warehouse staff to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Support the logistics team in identifying process improvements to reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and transport regulations during all phases of handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP or WMS software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail when handling documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
