Tanggung Jawab
- Process and input orders accurately into the warehouse management system
- Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to obtain competitive quotations
- Monitor and track shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain organized documentation and records for all logistics activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve logistics issues and optimize workflows
- Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding order status and shipment progress
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or order processing preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes would be advantageous
