Tanggung Jawab
- Execute accurate picking and packing of orders to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and stock audits to maintain system integrity.
- Process inbound shipments and verify goods against shipping documents.
- Utilize WMS and SAP software to track inventory movements and update records in real-time.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members to ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as required by daily operational volumes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and quality compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment preferred.
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems, WMS, or SAP is a significant advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to operational changes and fast-paced environments.
