Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels and locations
- Coordinate receiving and dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents and customs clearance paperwork
- Monitor transportation schedules and ensure compliance with delivery timelines
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including proper storage and handling of goods
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
