Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company management systems to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation, picking, and packing of products for timely distribution.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock alerts to management to facilitate reordering.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Collaborate with the transport team to optimize delivery routes and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a related qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Prior experience in warehousing, inventory management, or retail logistics is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Excel) for data entry and tracking.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented personality.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week and work independently with minimal supervision.
