Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the air freight team with shipment processing and documentation management.
- Coordinate with carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Update shipment status reports and communicate any delays to stakeholders.
- Perform general clerical duties to support daily logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding shipment tracking and status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree holder or Fresh Graduate in any field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
