We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant (Aircon) to join our growing team in Boon Lay. In this role, you will bridge the gap between warehouse operations and technical logistics, ensuring that aircon units and related inventory are managed efficiently. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of aircon products to clients. We pride ourselves on our safe work environment and offer opportunities for skill development.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting, and labeling goods accurately.
- Assist in the inventory management of aircon parts, units, and accessories.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare aircon units for delivery and installation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Check shipments for damages and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or aircon service industry is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 15-20kg).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or overtime when required.
