Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and exceptional customer service? Our company is seeking a dedicated Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pioneer. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our supply chain operations and our valued clients, ensuring that every shipment is tracked, managed, and delivered with precision.
You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, handling inquiries, and coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate closely with internal warehouse teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system to ensure data integrity.
- Resolve logistics-related issues or discrepancies, providing swift solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in coordinating inventory counts and replenishment schedules.
- Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and customer feedback for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle diverse customer queries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting logistics bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with the Pioneer/West Singapore industrial area is highly advantageous.
