As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory, managing documentation, and ensuring timely support for our logistics workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily coordination of warehouse and logistics operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
- Process and verify shipping documentation, delivery orders, and invoices accurately.
- Handle incoming/outgoing goods processing, including loading/unloading supervision where required.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a larger team.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse-related tasks as required.
- Willingness to work in the Loyang East / North-East region.
