Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inventory management and order processing
- Track shipments and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Resolve logistics discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in customs clearance and compliance documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with AWS (Workplace Safety and Health) standards
- Singaporean citizenship required (as per job restriction)
