Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in resolving logistics issues and delivery delays
- Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, customs forms)
- Monitor transportation costs and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1+ years of experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
