As a Logistics Assistant, you will be the backbone of our mall's supply chain operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods, coordinating vendor deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness in our busy loading bay. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily loading bay operations and manage the traffic flow of delivery vehicles to prevent congestion.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and logistics partners to schedule deliveries and waste collection efficiently.
- Monitor the unloading and loading processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall policies.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage, completing necessary documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loading bay area, ensuring equipment is stored correctly.
- Conduct routine checks on loading bay equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dock levelers) and report any malfunctions.
- Enforce security protocols by verifying vendor credentials and monitoring access to the loading bay.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and maintenance requests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent. A certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or loading bay operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and health regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and generating reports.
