- Manage and maintain accurate inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels
- Coordinate logistics operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Support warehouse operations through efficient space utilization and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve logistics bottlenecks
- Generate inventory reports and operational performance metrics for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or logistics operations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for inventory reconciliation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of AWS cloud systems or willingness to obtain certification
