Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the logistics team to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.
- Streamline operational workflows to reduce overhead costs and enhance supply chain throughput.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including sales and procurement, to align logistics activities with business growth goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records while utilizing logistics management software effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing operational schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international shipping processes and customs regulations.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with modern ERP or Logistics Management Systems.
