As the Logistics Assistant Manager, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team of logistics professionals. You will analyze logistics data to identify trends, forecast needs, and implement innovative solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all export logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to international clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies (e.g., HS Code classification, Incoterms).
- Negotiate contracts and manage strategic relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers to secure competitive rates and service levels.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, warehousing, procurement, and sales teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare logistics budgets, and provide data-driven reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in warehousing, transportation, and distribution management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Deep understanding of export documentation, international shipping regulations, customs clearance processes, and Indonesian trade compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop direct reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
