Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate logistics operations including transportation scheduling and warehouse activities
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms)
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track shipments and resolve logistics discrepancies proactively
- Assist in optimizing supply chain processes for efficiency
- Support customs clearance and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; logistics/supply chain certification preferred
- 1-2 years experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Immediate availability for full-time position
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations (advantageous)
