Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular stock reports for management review.
- Coordinate with transport drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper handling of cargo and strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
- Update and manage digital and physical shipping documentation and logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Physically fit to handle lifting tasks (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass; Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
