Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including delivery orders, packing lists, and manifests.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport drivers to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Monitor storage areas for cleanliness, safety, and optimal organization.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses professionally and promptly.
- Support logistics managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or transport operations is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting within the West region of Singapore.
