Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare accurate stock reports to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Process shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all logistics transactions and assets.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline packing, receiving, and dispatching processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
- Basic understanding of supply chain software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse global team.
