You'll leverage GPS technology to track vehicle movements, monitor driver safety protocols, and maintain optimal cargo temperatures throughout transit. As the first point of contact during off-hours, you'll expertly triage incidents, coordinate breakdown resolutions, and provide accurate ETAs to stakeholders. Your vigilance in maintaining COR compliance safeguards our operations against regulatory risks while protecting valuable inventory. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor fleet operations, driver safety metrics, and cargo temperatures via GPS tracking systems in real-time
- Lead night shift incident triage for breakdowns, delays, and safety concerns
- Coordinate emergency support services and alternative routing during disruptions
- Provide accurate ETAs to stakeholders and update delivery status proactively
- Enforce COR compliance protocols and document safety incidents
- Maintain detailed operational logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition and continuity
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in transportation, warehousing, or fleet operations
- Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and logistics software
- Strong problem-solving skills for independent decision-making during night shifts
- Knowledge of COR compliance and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, autonomous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic data entry and reporting capabilities
