Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and manage a comprehensive Road Transport Management System for the branch
- Oversee driver management, scheduling, and journey planning
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Monitor and maintain fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and safety standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Lead and motivate the logistics team to achieve performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of transportation systems and supply chain operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in logistics management software and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
