Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily self-collection process for buyers and external logistics partners.
- Verify purchase documentation, release orders, and ensure accurate physical inventory handovers.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers regarding pickup schedules and warehouse protocols.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure goods are prepared for collection in a timely manner.
- Update internal logistics systems and track collection status to maintain 100% data accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor logistics issues at the collection point professionally.
- Ensure all safety and health standards are strictly followed during the handover process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; ability to speak additional dialects is an advantage.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse documentation and basic inventory verification tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
