Soon San Trading Services, a prominent player in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Controller to join our expanding team. Based in the East Region of Singapore, this role offers a unique Work From Home (WFH) arrangement, providing you with the autonomy to manage logistics operations efficiently from a remote setting.

Your Impact:
As the Logistics Controller, you will be the critical link between our operations, partners, and customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring the supply chain, from inventory management to final delivery. You will process shipping documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouse teams, and leverage data to drive process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and final delivery confirmation.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Process and prepare comprehensive shipping documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices).
- Liaise closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Resolve any supply chain issues, delays, or claims promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities within the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment and manage time efficiently across different shifts.
