Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment execution from booking to final delivery
- Manage freight bookings with carriers and optimize routing/costs
- Prepare and verify international shipping documentation (B/Ls, customs forms)
- Monitor real-time shipment status and provide stakeholder updates
- Resolve logistics disruptions through proactive communication with partners
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean and international trade regulations
- Analyze shipment performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS/WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with carriers/clients
- Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
- Certifications in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred
