Universal Harvester Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Davao City. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation providers to ensure the seamless and timely movement of shipments. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for logistics activities, ensuring that all shipments are tracked accurately, documentation is processed correctly, and stakeholders are kept informed. You will work closely with warehouse teams and external carriers to optimize delivery routes, manage inventory flow, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with various shipping carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups, deliveries, and freight bookings efficiently.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements, transportation logs, and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide timely shipment updates and status reports.
- Analyze shipping costs and logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and route optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of local shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance in the Philippines.
- Proficient in using logistics management software, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
