Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, looking to make a significant impact in supply chain operations? MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods and information across our supply chain. You will be instrumental in coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet our customers' needs and uphold our commitment to excellence.
This full-time, permanent position offers an attractive remuneration package of S$2,500 – S$3,000 per month, complemented by a rewarding Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and variable bonus. The role is based in Ubi, within Singapore's vibrant East Region, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor all supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Manage and track inbound and outbound shipments, verifying documentation and resolving any discrepancies.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Proactively identify and resolve shipping and inventory-related issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Optimise logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience (2+ years) as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.
- Solid understanding of logistics procedures, freight forwarding, and warehousing operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
