Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare import/export documentation including customs forms and shipping manifests
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inventory control and stock rotation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics delays proactively
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow and space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics coordination or warehouse management
- Proficiency in import/export procedures and customs regulations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
