Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical activities, including tracking shipments, scheduling pickups, and managing freight documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal departments, external carriers, and international clients.
- Prepare and update accurate shipping manifests, bills of lading, and custom-related documentation.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and provide management with timely reports on performance metrics and potential service delays.
- Assist in optimizing routing strategies to reduce lead times and minimize overall shipping costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regional logistics regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex logistical issues independently.
