Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and routing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of essential health supplies.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze logistics reports to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain clear communication with transport providers and internal departments to resolve delivery discrepancies.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Document all operational data accurately within the company database for efficient tracking and auditing.
- Support management in streamlining warehouse and supply chain processes to reduce overhead costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or coordination role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Cabancalan, Cebu.
