Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and personnel to ensure efficient delivery
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of construction materials
- Optimize transportation routes and carrier relationships to minimize costs
- Track shipments and resolve logistical issues proactively
- Prepare logistics documentation including manifests, waybills, and delivery reports
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams for seamless operations
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in construction/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
