Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Manage inventory records and assist in regular stock takes to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with transport providers and trucking companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain and update relevant documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Resolve logistical issues and delays promptly to minimize impact on operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding shipment status.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
- Valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
