Tanggung Jawab
- Organize and monitor scheduled off-site asset pickups in strict adherence to Operations (OPS) team requirements.
- Recruit, interview, and coordinate the deployment of logistics personnel to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, schedules, and personnel assignments.
- Resolve logistical challenges and coordinate with external vendors or drivers as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are met during asset pickups and deliveries.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding operational progress and any delays.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using logistics software or MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as required by operational demands.
