Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and logistics operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including planning, execution, and tracking of shipments.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, drivers, and external logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate logs of all shipments and documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and logistics management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
