- Process incoming orders through Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, order details, and return procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability
- Resolve logistics issues and discrepancies promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or similar role
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics best practices
