Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including transportation planning, warehousing, and inventory management
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of cement products to construction sites and distribution centers
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues and maintain smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, manifests, and compliance records
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements for operational excellence
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to align supply with demand
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and warehousing best practices
