Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs officials to resolve shipping issues and facilitate clearance.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics partners to improve budget efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and generate reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
