Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, such as delivery orders and invoices.
- Liaise effectively with warehouse personnel, freight forwarders, and delivery partners to ensure timely arrivals.
- Monitor inventory levels and update the internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.
- Handle general administrative duties and data entry tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic shipment discrepancies or delivery delays under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain high standards of workplace safety and compliance with company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Open to candidates with no prior logistics experience (Entry Level).
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma holders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Meticulous with a strong eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Willing to be based in the West region of Singapore.
