Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage critical logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading, Customs declarations, and Certificates of Origin.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate status updates and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and customs authorities to expedite cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain precise digital records of all logistics transactions and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and local trade policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to speak Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
