Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery operations for Ninja Van fleet in Sabah region
- Optimize route planning to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Monitor shipment tracking systems and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Manage inventory levels for delivery vehicles and replenish supplies as needed
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including manifests and delivery reports
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery status and resolve inquiries
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics coordination or transportation management
- Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or above)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak periods
- Knowledge of Sabah's road networks and delivery regulations
